Opportunity | Sales Executive | Sustainability Tech | Scale-up | Cambridge & Glasgow (hybrid)
Athlete Origin are excited to be working on behalf of a Sustainability Tech scale-up who are seeking to hire a Sales Exec from an elite sporting background to join their growing team in Cambridge & Glasgow.
Our partners, specialize in distributing components for renewable energy systems, including solar panels, batteries, electric vehicle chargers, heat pumps and related items. They have earned recognition as the top renewable's distributor in the UK in both 2020 and 2022. Handling approximately 50,000 orders annually and employing over 120 individuals across their locations in the UK and Ireland. In addition to their growing team and streamlined operations, they offer a suite of user-friendly web tools facilitating design and ordering processes
What you’ll do:
- Market strategy, outreach, and revenue forecasting.
- Consistently achieve revenue targets.
- Prospect new customers via phone, email, and social media.
- Convert inbound marketing leads into opportunities.
- Manage sales pipeline including phone, video, and in person interactions.
What you’ll need:
- Excellent relationship building skills with the ability to network with peers, prospects and customers.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to influence and persuade in a business environment.
- A professional attitude, conduct and appearance.
- Previous exposure to sales would be a benefit. However, we do provide full training and give you all the tools to be successful.
- High performance sporting background.
- Right to work in the UK.
