Athlete Origin are delighted to be working with a global Executive Search and Consulting firm who are seeking to hire an Exec Search Consultant from an elite sporting background, to accelerate the growth of their sales organisation.

Their ongoing investment in both their team and technology ensures that their consultants remain highly skilled, knowledgeable, and efficient - equipping them with the expertise necessary for success as consultants and future business leaders.

What you’ll do:

• Meet with candidates in-person/virtually to qualify their skill set and career aspirations.
• Meet with clients in-person/virtually to understand their business, growth plans, and qualify vacancies.
• In-depth research into your industry so you become an expert in your field.
• Headhunt candidates for difficult to fill retained vacancies.
• Negotiating contracts of employment with candidates/terms of business with clients.
• Consistently achieve revenue targets.

What you’ll need:

• Excellent relationship building skills with the ability to network with peers, prospects and customers.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to influence and persuade in a business environment.
• A professional attitude, conduct and appearance.
• Previous exposure to sales would be a benefit. However, they do provide full training and give you all the tools to be successful.
• High performance sporting background.
• Right to work in the UK.
