Athlete Origin are delighted to be working with a global Recruitment company who are seeking to hire a Recruitment Consultant from an elite sporting background, to accelerate the growth of their sales organisation.

Recruitment is a two-sided business development role where you are pitching a service to companies (your recruitment services) and facilitating job opportunities for people. What you’ll do:

• Market strategy, outreach, and revenue forecasting.
• Consistently achieve revenue targets.
• Prospect new customers via phone, email, and social media.
• Convert inbound marketing leads into opportunities.
• Manage sales pipeline including phone, video, and in person interactions.

What you’ll need:

• Excellent relationship building skills with the ability to network with peers, prospects and customers.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to influence and persuade in a business environment.
• A professional attitude, conduct and appearance.
• Previous exposure to sales would be a benefit. However, we do provide full training and give you all the tools to be successful.
• High performance sporting background.
• Right to work in the USA.
