Opportunity | Founding Sales Development Rep | Ed Tech | Scale-up | UK (hybrid)
Athlete Origin are delighted to be working on behalf of a Ed Tech scale-up who are seeking to hire a FOUNDING SDR from an elite sporting background to join their growing team in the UK.
Our clients are a fast-growing, B-Corp certified EdTech that’s transforming how companies build diverse, high-potential tech teams. They offer elite, free training programmes in software, data, and business analysis to recent grads and career switchers - then place them in top-tier clients across finance, tech, and consulting as full-time consultants.
What you’ll do:
- Market strategy, outreach, and revenue forecasting.
- Consistently achieve revenue targets.
- Prospect new customers via phone, email, and social media.
- Convert inbound marketing leads into opportunities.
- Manage sales pipeline including phone, video, and in person interactions.
What you’ll need:
- Excellent relationship building skills with the ability to network with peers, prospects and customers.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to influence and persuade in a business environment.
- A professional attitude, conduct and appearance.
- Previous exposure to sales.
- High performance sporting background.
- Right to work in the UK.
